In Memory of Eloise Lucero
For decades, Eloise Lucero (Tia Locha) was dedicated to supporting education for the youth in our family. She was the driving force behind the entire scholarship process. From raising funds, reviewing student submissions, signing checks and certificates - she was passionate about this effort.
